Caregivers’ support comes in a lot of forms. Respite and more hands-on help are important. So is a safe place to vent everyday frustration and work at strong and healthy relationships. Many caregivers struggle with anxiety and depression (so common in caregiving families). Someone to check in with who also knows how hard you’re working for a healthy balance and the best life for you and the people you love.

I’m a therapist and I a disability advocate for community inclusion and supporting families and individuals’ wishes and needs to be listened to and respected.

Accessibility is important! I also offer online therapy and in-home therapy.
